Lists not impulsivity

How many times hare you gone to the store and said that you were only going to get that one item nothing else.... Next thing you know you're asking for assistance to your car for your overflowing cart of items that you didn't intend to purchase, but did.

It's important  to make sure that you follow a list when shopping on a budget. If you are trying to save money buying extra items doesn't help your cause and can hurt your cash flow and the savings you are trying to build.

I like to make a list and then write down the store the items is cheapest at and also if I have a coupon(s) to go with the item that I intend on purchasing. This reminds me to pull those coupons out and save money on the items on my list. I am assured then to not but more than I have put on the list just because it looks like a "good deal".

Buying in bulk is also a great way to save money and just buy what you need.

Being mindful of prices and a list of items that you intend on buying is a great way to stay on a money saving track and not overspend on regular day to day shopping trips.

PRO-TIP: If it's not on your list.. DO NOT buy it!
